Your agreement with Tokrah

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the operator of Tokrah (“Tokrah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your use of our application, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Rules.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
• Provide accurate information, use your own account, and keep credentials secure.
• You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, or create accounts through bots or false identities.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to obtain rewards, manipulate discovery, or influence the Gem economy.

We may require age, identity, device, email, or other verification where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Verification does not guarantee that every user is who they claim to be.

Your content and license

You retain ownership of content you create. You give Tokrah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, display, distribute, and make your content available as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Service. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup periods, prior sharing by others, legal retention, and safety records.

You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for your content, including the consent of people depicted. You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction or compensation.

Moderation

We may review, limit, label, remove, preserve, or disclose content and account information when reasonably necessary to operate the Service, enforce these Terms, address reports, protect users, or comply with law. We are not obligated to monitor every interaction and do not endorse user content.

TD, rewards, games, and Gems

Virtual currency

“TD” is a limited, revocable license to use a virtual unit solely within features Tokrah makes available. TD has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money from Tokrah, is not legal tender, and may not be sold or transferred outside authorized Tokrah features. Your displayed wallet is not a bank or stored-value account.

Rewards

Tokrah may award TD for registration, profile completion, referrals, games, advertisements, promotions, or other activity. Eligibility, amounts, limits, and availability may change. Rewards obtained through duplicate accounts, self-referrals, automation, ad manipulation, exploits, chargebacks, or misrepresentation may be reversed. Unless explicitly stated, rewards are not guaranteed.

Gem profiles

A Gem is a virtual profile-market feature associated with a Tokrah member. Buying or holding a Gem does not mean owning, controlling, employing, endorsing, or forming a relationship with that person. It provides only the in-app rights Tokrah displays at that time. Gem value can rise or fall, may be algorithmically determined, and is not a promise of profit.

Trades and protection

Gem trades, owner payouts, fees, values, protection costs, durations, and confirmations are governed by the information shown in the app when the action occurs. Protection may temporarily restrict a Gem from being acquired by another user. Completed ledger actions may be final except where required by law or where Tokrah identifies an error, fraud, or unauthorized transaction.

Changes to the economy

To maintain safety, fairness, legal compliance, or economic stability, Tokrah may adjust reward rates, prices, formulas, limits, fees, game payouts, availability, TD balances affected by error or abuse, and virtual features. We may suspend or discontinue virtual items. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are not entitled to compensation for changes to virtual items. See the Gem Economy FAQ.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Community Rules. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, discriminate against, or sexually abuse anyone.
• Impersonate others, deceive users, run scams, solicit prohibited goods or services, or share another person’s private information.
• Upload malware; probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security; or access data without authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, automate, create bots, manipulate metrics, coordinate fake engagement, or interfere with advertising.
• Exploit bugs, manipulate games or the Gem economy, launder TD, trade accounts, self-refer, or evade limits or enforcement.
• Use Tokrah for unlawful conduct or content.

Third-party services and advertising

Tokrah may link to or integrate app stores, advertisers, cloud storage, social sites, and other third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their services. Ads and rewarded ads may be provided by third parties; receiving a reward may require completion and verification of the ad event. Tokrah is not responsible for third-party products or content.

Safety and interactions

You decide whether and how to interact with other users. Tokrah does not conduct comprehensive background checks and cannot guarantee identity, intentions, statements, compatibility, or conduct. Use reasonable judgment, protect financial and personal information, meet in public places, tell someone your plans, and contact emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Suspension, termination, and account deletion

You may stop using Tokrah or request account deletion. We may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate access; remove content; reverse rewards; freeze economy actions; or preserve information when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, exposed Tokrah to liability, or when required by law. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent removal without prior notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including licenses already granted to other users, economy records, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKRAH DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS OPERATION, MATCHES, REWARDS, GEM VALUE, PROFITS, USER CONDUCT, OR THAT ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOKRAH AND ITS AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITY; USER CONDUCT; OR CHANGES TO VIRTUAL ITEMS. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a formal claim, please contact legal@email.tokrah.app with a description of the issue and requested resolution so we can try to resolve it informally. Applicable law, mandatory consumer protections, and the courts available to you depend on your location and the legal identity and principal place of business of Tokrah’s operator. These Terms do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will provide notice when required. If you continue using Tokrah after updated Terms take effect, you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with operating or transferring the Service.
